Rice Warner is eager to announce a new addition to our senior client relationship management team, Lee Sammartino. Lee is a creative and commercially-minded thinker with diverse senior leadership experience within the superannuation industry. Based in the Rice Warner Melbourne office, Lee will take an active role and will work with superannuation clients across the breadth of Rice Warner’s services, including in relation to helping clients identify opportunities to improve:

• operations and operational efficiency
• products and solutions

• Research underpinned by rich industry data. Our research covers superannuation fund data, group life insurance data, retail life insurance data and tailored research.
• Consulting services to assist clients with the challenge of developing effective strategies, operating efficiently and engaging their members and customers.

Lee’s experience spans over 18 years in superannuation, banking and the private sector. He has held a number of senior executive roles including General Manager, Marketing & Communications, Global Digital Group Account Director, Acting Chief Operating Officer and more recently Manager, Member Experience for legalsuper.

Lee will prove to be an invaluable asset in Rice Warner’s client relationship management team with his vast knowledge in the superannuation space, and will certainly maintain our reputation for innovation and thought leadership.
