Neeharika joined Rice Warner as a Consultant in early 2021 and has over 7 years of experience in the financial services industry. Previously she was a Senior Manager at EY, securing and delivering high quality consulting advice on a wide range of banking and wealth management issues to leading banks and superannuation funds, both within Australia and across the Asia Pacific region.

Neeharika’s key areas of focus during this time were:

• Using predictive and behavioural analytics to develop and validate credit risk and scorecard models.
• Developing complex optimisation algorithms for adviser led scaled advice tools.
• Providing superannuation funds with advice in the areas of retirement income, insurance product design, reserve management and insurance premium integrity.
• Pricing and valuing complex financial instruments.

Neeharika has a Master of Actuarial Studies, and a Bachelor of Actuarial Studies and Finance from the Australian National University. Neeharika is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia (FIAA) and also holds a Chartered Enterprise Risk Actuary (CERA) designation.

In her spare time, Neeharika loves to cook, dance and can also be found reading up on various topics to keep her trivia skills sharpened (after all she has her Hard Quiz trophy to defend!).
