Graeme joined Rice Warner as a Senior Consultant in November 2020 with over 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry, serving as the Chief Operating Officer and Deputy CEO of First State Super for many years and more recently as CEO of its Advice Business, as well as various senior roles at JP Morgan Chase custodial services before that.

Graeme has a depth of operational experiences across custody services, unit pricing and other investment operations, as well as member administration platforms and operations, advice delivery, governance and remediation, and mergers. Graeme has a passion for servicing members and a track record of delivering impactful quality results.

Graeme’s focus at Rice Warner is on client solutions around the operational aspects of superannuation mergers, custody and unit pricing, governance and remediation, member administration platforms and advice solutions, including service provider assessment and transition.

Graeme has served on a number of industry bodies such as ASFA, AIST, FEAL and the Australian Custodian Association, and is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science from Strathclyde University in Scotland.
